Ciara is studying to become a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, who are widely regarded as providing the Gold Standard in hypnotherapy training.

She chose to train as a hypnotherapist because she enjoys working with people, and wanted to train in a profession where she could provide practical assistance to others.

Before beginning her hypnotherapy training, Ciara tutored students in English as a Foreign Language and academic writing. She has also worked as a Film Studies tutor at the University of Edinburgh.

Ciara holds a PhD in Film Studies, having done extensive research in the field of film history and classical Hollywood cinema.

In her spare time, she loves to read, listen to music, and watch films.
